These cookies tasted really fresh and soft, and I did enjoy them overall. After one cookie though, the sweetness felt a bit unnecessary for me. They were still really good with coffee, so I’d order them again, just maybe not a huge batch at once.

My box arrived dented, and a lot of the cookies inside were broken. I reached out about it, but it kind of felt like nobody actually read my message. Disappointing because I was excited to try them

I was hoping for more choices, especially after seeing a few people mention dietary options, but there really wasn’t much. I couldn’t find any vegan dishes, and the gluten-free options were limited too. Maybe others had better luck, but it didn’t work well for me.

I really wanted to like these, but they just weren’t my thing. They were super sweet and felt kind of heavy, like after about a few bites I was already done.

I ordered from bangcookies.com, the cookies showed up fresh, so I’ll give them credit for that. The best part was definitely the texture on most of them, soft in the middle, a little chewy, exactly the kind of cookie I was hoping for.

That said, a couple of them were more crumbly than I expected, which was kind of annoying. Like, they still tasted good, but I don’t love having cookie bits falling everywhere while I’m trying to enjoy a snack.

Overall, I did like them and I’d probably order again, but I’m giving 4 stars because the texture was mostly great, just not totally consistent across every cookie.

I ran into an issue with my order support was a letdown. Before payment everything seemed fine, but once they had my money it felt like they stopped caring. Replies took forever, and even when they did respond, nothing actually got resolved. It really seemed like they were just hoping I’d get tired and drop it. I don’t feel like I can trust bangcookies.com after this and wouldn’t order from them again.

I got some cookies from Bang Cookies they were good. They’re definitely not the cheapest, but they’re big and tasted fresh, so it kind of made sense... I guess if you’re treating yourself, it feels worth it. Delivery was totally fine too, nothing melted or seemed old. I’d probably pick a different flavor next time just to see, but yeah, I can see myself ordering again when I’m craving something sweet.
